After School Karate Program
2:45 - 6:00PM (Karate class Monday-Friday 4:15-5:00PM throughout school year)

Pickup at most local schools, snack, homework help and daily karate classes are included.
We follow the Polk County School Board Schedule, so when school is closed, our After School Karate
Program is also closed.  We do offer some full days at an additional fee, inquire within.

Youth Karate Class
5:00 - 6:00PM, Monday-Friday

Adult Karate Class
6:00 - 7:00PM, Monday-Friday
(with some specialty classes from 7:00-7:30PM, schedule varies - see schedule at dojo for specifics).

We welcome Men, Women and Children ages 5+.  No matter your physical level we will work with you
to get you where you need to be.  Families are welcome to take classes together.

Students must be dressed and warmed up by start of class.

SELF-DEFENSE Class
A 12-Week Program that meets 3x a week; ages 13+; both men and women welcome
6:00 - 7:00PM, Tuesday & Wednesday
11:00AM - 12:00PM, Saturday

Students wear something comfortable to work out in.
